(i) The contracting officer shall review all results and suggestions and, if there isn't any substance weaknesses, shall instantly notify the contractor that the contractor's purchasing system is appropriate and authorised; or(b) In analyzing the acceptability of the contractor’s purchasing system, the contracting officer, in consultation with
